Thoughts from the running trail

This guy lives under my Clu and I see him on the running trail at times. Today I was running to Moment For Life and there was a camel. I know for sure I will never forget this day... I didn't have a camera but it will forever be with me:) I love you all and have a great day today and if you slow down for a moment in this crazy world you'll feel my love all the way from Africa.
