Impact of Kindness

I got another award from our SVP . It was unexpected . Another unexpected thing I have experienced is how my kindness to the customers transcends . I was working the sales floor and the 143 soldiers saw me and they picked me up and were saying OMG we haven't seen you for a decade! My new boss is watching this . I tell them one year not a decade ! Then they say you look beautiful  ! You always did but now you are breathtaking! They put me down and I say to my boss I just make their sandwiches ! To that they said no you made our day everytime we come in here. I cried! I've had vendors who no longer work for us come welcome me back . It is nice to know what you do matters no matter where you are.

First VIP visit less than a month in.

We had our SVP visit but also a fashion show so we got to leave and when we gps'ed the location it said Miami and of course we wanted to just follow it and not come back .

Work

My girlfriends leave me notes on my computer. It feels like twilight zone. When I left we were making money and no hours were cut. Now part time is at 20 hours and full time is at 35. That means management picks up the slack . I have been cart shagger to cashier since being back.

As long as my friends are here. The store will go on. I was first only to emcee fashion show now 2 mangers are sick I'm  running it. Also 143 has drill this weekend and I'm working overnight while they wax floors.
